  • I sell handmade pottery and ceramic products.

    As my products are handmade, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in color, shape, size, texture, glaze, and finish.

    Small variations, speckles, glaze effects, kiln marks, and other characteristics resulting from the handmade and firing process are considered normal characteristics of handmade pottery and are not defects, provided that the product otherwise conforms to the agreement.

    Product photos are intended to represent my products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

  • All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include EU VAT, where applicable. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, these are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

    Any applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

    I reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or product-description errors.

  • Each handmade ceramic piece is unique, with small variations in shape, size, and finish that are part of its character. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Please note that I am unable to accept returns for items made to your specific requirements or clearly personalised, such as ceramics with custom engraving or a design created specifically for you.

    Items should be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received undamaged.

    EU Consumer rights: If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This right applies to standard items from our collection, as long as they are not personalised. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specific requirements or clearly personalised, such as ceramics with custom engraving or a design created specifically for you.

    To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify me at hello@syjpottery.com within the 14-day period. Please contact me before returning the item so I can provide return instructions.

    Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.

    Once I have received and inspected your returned item, I will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method as soon as possible, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

  • Although each piece is carefully packed, damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and its packaging and contact me at hello@syjpottery.com within 48 hours of delivery. I will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution, whether that means a replacement or a refund.
